Introducing the PAICE Founding Partner Program

We recently launched the PAICE Founding Partner Program, a selective opportunity for organizations actively scaling AI adoption to shape how we measure AI collaboration capability.

Why Founding Partners Matter

Your feedback directly shapes the product. We're not looking for beta testers who click through a demo. We're looking for partners who will:

  • Share candid feedback on the assessment experience
  • Help us understand what governance-ready reporting actually needs to include
  • Validate that our methodology surfaces the risks that keep you up at night

The assessment methodology is still evolving. Founding partners influence what we measure and how we measure it.

What Founding Partners Get

Full Cohort Assessment

Run PAICE with a team of 20+ people who use AI tools in their work. Participants complete a 25-minute conversation with an AI about a real work task. PAICE.work observes their collaboration behaviors: how they prompt, verify, handle errors and limitations.

Individuals receive their own results and recommendations. You receive anonymized cohort data only—no accounts, no logins, no system integrations, no personal data collected.

Influence on Methodology

Your experience directly shapes:

  • What collaboration patterns we prioritize measuring
  • How we identify and categorize risk areas
  • What governance-ready reporting needs to include
  • How we surface variance across teams

Early Access to Features

Get first access to new capabilities as we build them, including:

  • Advanced cohort analytics
  • Team comparison tools
  • Longitudinal tracking
  • Custom reporting options

Preferred Terms

Founding partners receive:

  • Reduced engagement fees
  • Priority support and consultation
  • Flexible engagement structures
  • Optional recognition as a founding partner in case studies, methodology documentation, and public materials

How It Works

Week 1: Setup
We generate a unique assessment link for your cohort. You distribute it to participants. No accounts, no logins, no system integrations, no personal data collected.

Weeks 1–2: Assessment
Participants complete a 25-minute conversation with an AI about a real work task. PAICE.work observes their collaboration behaviors: how they prompt, how they verify, how they handle AI errors and limitations. Individuals receive their own results and recommendations. You receive anonymized cohort data only.

Week 3: Analysis
We analyze capability patterns, identify risk areas, and surface variance across your team.

Week 4: Readout
Your leadership team receives a governance-ready executive report and a 60-minute walkthrough of findings, implications, and recommended next steps.

Investment

Partnership structure and investment vary based on scope, timeline, and case study participation.

The standard founding partner engagement is $10,000 for a 20–50 person cohort. Please inquire for custom pricing for larger cohorts or alternative engagement structures.

Organizations willing to serve as a named case study and reference may qualify for reduced or waived fees.

Privacy and Security

PAICE.work is designed for responsible deployment from day one.

What we store:

  • ✅ Cohort identifier (you provide it)
  • ✅ Hashed session IDs (non-reversible)

What we don't store:

  • ❌ Names, emails, or employee IDs
  • ❌ IP addresses or device fingerprints

Your participants remain anonymous. Your data stays private.

What We're Looking For

We're selective about founding partners because your feedback directly shapes the product.

Good fit:

  • Organizations actively scaling AI adoption across teams
  • Leadership that wants visibility into how AI is actually being used
  • Willingness to share candid feedback on the assessment experience
  • A team of 20 or more people who use AI tools in their work

Not required but preferred:

  • Regulated industry (financial services, healthcare, legal) where governance matters
  • Executive sponsor who can speak to results
